West Des Moines-based Foundry Distilling Co. is partnering with Boulevard Brewing Co. of Kansas City, Mo., to introduce Midnight Ritual, an 89 proof American malt whiskey. The spirit is made with Boulevard’s Unfiltered Wheat Beer in Foundry Distilling Co.’s Valley Junction distillery. Starting in September, Midnight Ritual will be available in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska, the companies announced this week.
