Katie Cownie, Thomas Levis, Jane Rosien Hardy and Donn Stanley have been elected to the Iowa State Bar Association’s board of governors. Cownie works in corporate transaction and health care law at Brown, Winick, Graves, Gross, Baskerville and Schoenebaum P.L.C. in Des Moines. Stanley is the director of the revenue division and supervisor of tobacco enforcement programs for the Iowa Attorney General’s office. Levis is a partner with Brick, Gentry, Bowers, Swartz and Levis P.C. in West Des Moines, where he has a general civil practice. Rosien Hardy has a general practice with Flander, Casper & Rosien P.C. in Winterset.
