The fourth annual Iowa Land Investment Expo is scheduled to take place on Jan. 21 at the Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel at 1800 50th St. A series of breakout sessions on topics such as farm leasing arrangements, estate planning strategies and the outlook on demand for farm commodities will be led by experts in agricultural production, land development, rural economic development and farm policy. The event, which begins at 7:30 a.m. and includes a continental breakfast and a catered lunch, costs $55. A social hour and other networking opportunities are also planned.
