History will get the red carpet treatment this summer at the State Historical Museum of Iowa. The museum announced the remaining details of its Blockbuster Summer free family programming, which kicked off in June. This month, families can visit the museum every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for tours of featured museum exhibits, family-friendly films with special ties to Iowa, crafts and activities for kids, giveaways and prizes, and special guests.
