Free outdoor music concert to feature New Sousa Band
The Civic Music Association, in partnership with the Johnston Public Library, will host an outdoor patriotic concert featuring Keith Brion and his New Sousa Band. The free concert will be held Aug. 2 at 7 p.m. at the Johnston Commons, located north of Johnston Public Library. Iowa soprano Virginia Croskery, veteran of several international tours and national and Broadway performances of Phantom of the Opera, will sing with the band.
