Gamble promoted
Changes in key personnel to the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in Iowa were announced last week.
Kyle Gamble, has been named senior vice president and managing director of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, company officials said. Gamble, who takes the position over from Feisal Sayeed, will manage the day-to-day operations of the brokerage division and will be responsible for the overall performance of the CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial division of the company effective May 27. Sayeed will continue to work with the firm as a vice president and broker.
“I’m very excited about the new job,” Gamble said. “It’s an opportunity for me to grow my skills and experience in the real estate industry. I’m committed to our brokerage firm and we’re excited about the future.”
Gamble, a 1992 graduate of DePauw University, joined the firm that year. A Certified Commercial Investment member who recently earned his Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation, Gamble has won several company awards for properties sold and leased, and was named a transactions leader by the firm. His portfolio includes the 801 Grand Office Building, Hub Tower, Century I and II Office Buildings and Hubbell Realty Commercial Buildings. In his spare time, Gamble works with the Des Moines Pastoral Counseling Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
“Kyle is very well respected in the brokerage community and brings a wealth of experience to the position,” said Rick Tollakson, president of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial. “This is truly a coaching role and Kyle’s an athlete and I think he’ll make a great coach.”
Tollakson said the role changes for Gamble and Feisal are a win-win for the firm. “It’s a great move for Kyle and Feisal is pumped about getting back into sales,” he said. “
In other company news, officials announced Mark Darwin, senior vice president, will leave the firm at the end of June following 17 years of service.
