Gas prices could see jump by May
Gas prices could rise to $3.50 a gallon by May, according to analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.
That would be the highest level since October 2008.
The increase could come partly from crude oil topping $100 a barrel in New York, and an increase in global demand. U.S. fuel use over the past four weeks was 1.6 percent higher than a year earlier.
