Gauss named Kent Nutrition president
Mike Gauss has been named president of Kent Nutrition Group. He replaces John Thorpe, who has been promoted to president and chief operating officer of parent company Kent Corp. Gauss joined the company in 2005 as a division engineer with Grain Processing Corp. He held several positions there before joining Kent Nutrition Group in 2013. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
