A new grant initiative called the Girls With Goals Fund aims to support nonprofits teaching girls leadership skills and confidence, Women Lead Change announced at the 2019 Women of Achievement Awards on Saturday. The grant is open to nominations of qualifying nonprofit organizations that focus on girls in grades K-8, offering mentorship and support in school and encouraging interest in traditionally male-dominated career fields.
