The Godwin Group plans to start construction of a 26,000-square-foot retail center at 1325 S.W. Oralabor Road in Ankeny. Dean Godwin of the Godwin Group said the company plans to start construction of the Shoppes at Tradition this September and finish in May 2008. Godwin said the building will house 15 stores. There are no tenants at this time.
