Golder to head Drake’s board of trustees

David Golder, managing partner of Golder Investment Management, has been named chair of the Drake University Board of Trustees. Golder, who has served on the board since 2005, starts his term as chair on July 1. A resident of Winnetka, Ill., Golder graduated from Drake with a bachelor’s degree in speech communications in 1979. Golder succeeds Larry Zimpleman, retired president and CEO of Principal Financial Group Inc., as chair.
