Gov. Reynolds digs this
Gov. Kim Reynolds planned to sign a proclamation today encouraging homeowners to call 811 before digging. Iowa law requires at least 48 hours’ notice before breaking ground (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays). Facility operators mark lines.
