Grand opening Friday for 2 historic Sherman Hill apartment buildings
A grand opening will be held tomorrow for the Wellsport & Portwell Flats at 19th Street and Woodland Avenue in the Sherman Hill neighborhood.
A ribbon cutting will take place at 4 p.m.
The buildings were constructed in 1919 and are on the National Register of Historic Places, and were purchased and renovated by Jack Hatch and Sonja Roberts to be market-rate apartments.
