Greater Des Moines foreclosures, mortgage delinquencies down in March

79 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe rate of foreclosures among all outstanding mortgages in Greater Des Moines dropped to 0.97 percent in March from 1.38 percent in March 2014, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today. The state foreclosure rate was nearly 2.4 percent over the same period and the national rate was 3.7 percent. The percentage of mortgages that were at least 90 days past due in Greater Des Moines dropped to 2.5 percent in March from 3.2 percent in March 2014.
