Greater Des Moines home prices rose in August
Greater Des Moines home prices, including distressed sales, increased 1.2 percent in August compared with August 2011, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today. On a month-to-month bases, prices rose 0.8 percent in August. Nationally, home prices increased 4.6 percent over the year ending in August, CoreLogic said.
