Greater Des Moines house prices increased 1.3 percent from March to April, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today in a release.

Greater Des Moines house prices increased 1.3 percent from March to April, real estate analytics firm CoreLogic Inc. said today in a release. For the year ending in April, prices rose 3.9 percent. Nationwide, prices gained 2.7 percent month-to-month and 6.8 percent over the year.
