The Greater Des Moines Partnership’s opening night legislative reception will be on Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Conservatory, 315 E. Fifth St. in downtown. The Partnership and its 24 affiliate chambers of commerce invite attendees to welcome the 90th Iowa General Assembly to the 2023 legislative session. Attendees can meet Iowa legislators, sample hors d’oeuvres from restaurants and vendors in the regional affiliate communities, and enjoy the conservatory.
