Greater DM house sales dropped October to November, while prices rose

74 wordsAll Latest News, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe Greater Des Moines Association of Realtors said today that house sales hit a seasonal slump in November, with sales dropping to 806 from 1,034 in October and pending sales dropping to 908 from 1,023 over the same period. However, prices continue to rise, and November sales were above levels for the same time last year. The median sales price last month was $183,000, up from $179,450 in October and $162,000 in November 2014.
