Grinnell Mutual announced that it recently opened an employee health clinic at its headquarters in Grinnell. The Health Matters Clinic, which opened Feb. 14, provides mental health, musculoskeletal injury prevention and health coaching for Grinnell Mutual employees and their family members. The property-casualty and reinsurance company selected UnityPoint Health at Work to operate and staff the clinic, which provides services free to all employees, their spouses and dependents. “We truly value our employees and their families,” said Lydia Caraveo, director of benefits for Grinnell Mutual. “We are investing in our team and providing resources to employees to help them perform at their very best, both at work and at home. We constantly strive to create a culture that encourages a healthy lifestyle.”
