Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement Action Fund, (CCI), a nonprofit advocacy community organization, will hold a “State of the 99 Percent” rally following Gov. Terry Branstad’s Condition of the State speech on Tuesday. According to a CCI press release, the group plans to provide a rebuttal to Branstad’s “corporate agenda.”
