Now he’s in court again, this time to accuse online critics of defaming him. The businessman, whose properties include Tipsy Crow, Grumpy Goat and the newly opened Dough Mama’s Pizzeria, filed lawsuits against at least 11 people in early May, accusing each of defamation and invasion of privacy. The nearly identical complaints do not give details of the offending statements.
