The reconstruction arm of West Des Moines-based GuideOne Mutual Insurance Co. has changed its name to GC3 LLC. The construction company was launched in 1995 to provide construction services to churches, schools, senior living centers, institutions and businesses that were damaged during storms and other catastrophic events. It has operated under a variety of names since that time. Last year, the company responded to 166 disaster relief calls in 28 states. “This change is a move to position ourselves for future growth, with an inherent promise to provide all our customers with the very best in reconstruction, claims and consulting services,” President and CEO Ken Bonus said in a release.
