Douglas Gulling, executive vice president and chief financial officer for West Bancorporation, has been selected by the Business Record as the 2013 winner of the Deloitte CFO of the Year award. The award went to the nominee that displayed the most outstanding performance in their role as corporate financial steward. It will be presented to Gulling at the Business Record’s 2013 Economic Forecast event at 11 a.m. on Jan. 31 at the Sheraton in West Des Moines.
