Harkin Institute hosting first presentation of Polk County water quality report
The Harkin Institute and Polk County have announced the first official presentation of findings from the Central Iowa Source Water Resource Assessment report will be held Aug. 4 at 6 p.m. at the Harkin Institute, 2800 University Ave. The event will feature a panel of scientists who were directly involved in creating the 227-page assessment.
