Holmes Murphy & Associates has entered into an agreement with Willis of Colorado Inc. to purchase certain assets within Willis of Colorado’s construction and surety bond division. The transaction closed May 1; terms were not disclosed. The West Des Moines-based insurance brokerage also announced it has opened a new Denver-area office in Greenwood Village, Colo. “Service excellence remains one of our core values and we’re proud of our 97 percent customer satisfaction rating,” stated Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy Chairman and CEO. “While they may have a new name and location, clients can expect outstanding service from the team they know and trust.” The Denver office is located at 7600 E.
