Builder confidence in the market this month for new single-family homes increased five points to a level of 59 on the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market, the National Association of Home Builders said today. This is the highest reading since September 2014. The index is a gauge of current and future expectation of new home sales.
