Hooper named judge in 4th Judicial District
Gov. Kim Reynolds has named Michael Hooper as district court judge in the 4th Judicial District. Hooper, of Atlantic, received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and his law degree from Creighton University Law School. He currently serves as the Cass County attorney. The 4th Judicial District includes Audubon, Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie and Shelby counties.
