Apartments are now located in the building. The $18.3 million project includes renovating the building so that it has the look and feel of a 1950s-60s hotel. The project also includes converting a medical building at 2515 Grand Ave. into a restaurant and bar. The project must also be approved by the Plan and Zoning Commission and City Council. Christensen hopes to begin the renovation in the summer with completion by the first quarter of 2021.
