The project sits on an 8-acre site at 7901 Birchwood Crossing. The Birchwood Crossing building can be customized to tenants’ needs and includes a facade that can accommodate tenants that require a retail presence or showroom space. The building will have expansive parking with visibility from Interstate 80 and direct access to 86th street restaurants, shops and businesses. “Birchwood Crossing will offer tenants the advantages of excellent accessibility, significant amenities in the immediate area, and great visibility from the interstate. That mix should appeal to a wide variety of tenants, so we are very excited about the project and the city of Johnston’s cooperation to help make this project a reality,” said Chris Trosper, development project manager with Hubbell. The building is expected to be completed later this year.
