CBRE|Hubbell Commercial recently announced the promotion of three brokers who work in the West Des Moines office. They include:

Max Colby, who has been promoted to first vice president with CBRE|Hubbell Commerical. Colby, who joined the group in 2011, specializes in multifamily, retail and office investment sales and works extensively with private and institutional investors throughout Iowa. He’s been named a CoStar Power Broker and FM Hubbell Production Award Winner and a transaction leader for the CBRE team.

David Eckley, who has been promoted to senior associate. Eckley, who joined CBRE|Hubbell in 2017, has been involved in more than $123 million of investment transactions since beginning his career in the multifamily sector. He primarily focuses on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the state.

Shana Patrick, who has been promoted to senior associate. Patrick, who joined CBRE|Hubbell in mid-2019, focuses primarily on the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment properties including retail, office, industrial, with a heavy emphasis and specialized focus on multi-family.
