This fall, when Des Moines University celebrates the impact that its Glanton Fund has on students and the health professions, it also will highlight the impact the Hubbell family has had on DMU’s very existence. The Glanton Fund supports inclusivity and diversity initiatives at the University, including scholarships for minority students who are underrepresented in health care. This year’s fundraising dinner, presented by Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, will take place on Oct. 6 at the Meadows Event and Conference Center in Altoona.
