Hubbell has sold out brownstones condominium project
Hubbell Realty Co. said today it has sold out the brownstones condominium development at Second and Grand avenues. The project consists of the Brownstones on Grand, which was built in 2007, Riverwalk Brownstones and Capitol View Brownstones, which was pre-sold and will be completed in the spring. Hubbell President and CEO Rick Tollakson said in a news release that 25 units were sold in 2011, following sluggish sales in previous years. Hubbell said it has sold four units this year at 4th St. Condos in the Court District and has 13 remaining.
