Hubbell opens new apartment complex in Grimes
Hubbell Realty Co. unveiled a new apartment community that will encompass 120 units in four buildings on Tuesday in Grimes.
The first 30-unit building is now complete, and the remaining three buildings will be completed by September.
The $9.2 million development will be called Meadowlark Place and feature on-,two- and three-bedroom apartments.
