Cy Fox and Max Colby have been promoted to vice president at CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. Harrison Kruse has been promoted to senior associate at the West Des Moines brokerage. Fox joined CBRE|Hubbell Commercial in 2015 and has been responsible for the sale of over 2,000 apartment units at more than $100 million. In addition to his brokerage experience, Fox is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member and a previous winner of the F.M. Hubbell Production Award. Before joining the brokerage, Fox worked for Hubbell Realty Co.’s multifamily division. Colby combines his familiarity with the capital market with his ability to underwrite, value and negotiate to optimize his clients’ return on investments. He has been named a CoStar Power Broker Award winner, F.M. Hubbell Production Award winner as well as a leader for the most transactions with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. He is a CCIM candidate and a member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, the International Council of Shopping Centers and its NextGen Recon of Iowa. Kruse specializes in tenant-owner transaction and investment advisory services of all property types, including land acquisition, build-to-suit opportunities and investor representation. He has received the CCIM designation and is a member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, the Greater Des Moines Young Professional Connection and Iowa CCIM.
