Hubbell Realty Co. raised a record $60,000 at its Extreme Charity Golf Classic that was held in August. Hubbell will donate $20,000 to each of the following organizations: Easterseals Iowa, On With Life and ICON Water Trails. Easterseals Iowa is a local organization that provides services to people with disabilities or special needs and their families so they can live, work and play in the community. ICON Water Trails is a regional initiative to activate more than 150 miles of waterways throughout Central Iowa through more than 80 access sites. On With Life helps people living with brain injuries continue a quality life by providing various brain rehabilitation programs specifically tailored to each person’s unique situation. Money raised from the golf classic surpassed the amount raised in 2020 – $56,500 – which at the time was also a record.
