Hurd takes Fleet Farm to Waukee

72 wordsGovernment Policy and Law, Real Estate and DevelopmentThe Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission has approved an initial plat for a 187,834-square-foot Fleet Farm retail building that Hurd Real Estate Services plans to develop on a nearly 20-acre property north of Interstate 80 and east of Grand Prairie Parkway in the Kettlestone development district. The project includes a 7,159-square-foot convenience store with a car wash. In February 2018, Hurd bought the Fleet Farm in Ankeny for nearly $19 million.
