The Interrobang Film Festival will screen 55 films from 30 countries at the Des Moines Arts Festival June 22-24. AARP Movies for Grownups will present the festival, which includes juried competition, public screenings and workshops.The screenings will be at the Des Moines Central Library. See a preview.
