Des Moines Register: Portions of Interstate Highway 29 in Iowa and Missouri, as well as other major highways in the southwest corner of the state, have closed for the second time this year because of flooding. Meanwhile, residents who have been exposed to standing floodwaters in southwest Iowa for 76 days are again dealing with more water as heavy rains fell Tuesday.
