Iowa among top 10 states in office construction last year

George Mason University compiled the data from a range of sources. According to the report, the construction value of office properties stood at nearly $2.6 billion and supported nearly 38,000 jobs. The figures reflect a range of costs and services associated with the construction of an office property, including the actual cost of construction, as well as professional fees and other costs.
