State-licensed breweries, wineries and distilleries will soon be able to receive a new license to make another kind of alcohol under a new law that Gov. Kim Reynolds signed Wednesday, reports Radio Iowa. The signing took place at Toppling Goliath, which Reynolds said was ready to move beyond its highly recognized beers and enter the distilled spirits market. The law takes effect July 1.
