Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier: Stephanie Kennon turned an old building at 202 Main St. in Fairbank, Iowa, which served as a filling station through much of its long life, into a salon and spa. In keeping with the building’s longtime purpose, the business is called re:fuel. It was the National Association of Women Business Owners’ Small Business Spotlight in its Dec. 9 newsletter.
