Kelly Nieuwenhuis is president of the board for the Siouxland Energy plant in Sioux Center that has temporarily shut down. Nieuwenhuis said Thursday that Trump’s “political future” in Iowa rides on addressing the ethanol waivers granted to oil refineries.
