Iowa gets $100K to increase small business exports
Iowa received $109,021 from the Small Business Administration (SBA), who doled out $30 million in funding for 47 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia.
This is the second round of funds given out to states to support efforts to increase exporting by small businesses. The funding aims to increase the number of small businesses that want to export as well as increase the value of exports for those small businesses that currently export
