Iowa house sales and prices increased in November
Iowa house sales increased 7 percent and the median sales price rose 3.6 percent in November from a year ago, the Iowa Association of Realtors said. The association said 3,320 houses sold last month at a median price of $153,250, compared with 3,103 sales at a median price of $147,900 in November 2016. Houses sold last month had been on the market an average of 73 days, down from 76 a year ago.
