Iowa Realty Co. Inc. has acquired Knoxville Iowa Realty, a longtime franchisee, according to a release. Iowa Realty’s Knoxville office and its agents will be part of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors and properties will be marketed within the Des Moines Multiple Listing Service. In addition, their listings will be featured on IowaRealty.com. Former owners Randy and Sheryl Chambers will keep their leadership roles with the Knoxville office.
