To lead the teams, four individuals were promoted to new roles. The promotions are:
- Jessica Buchheit, chief financial officer
- Mindy Williamson, chief marketing officer
- Frank Robey, chief mission officer
- Randy Jones, chief safety officer
According to a news release, the goals of the staff realignment are to create more levels for employee advancement, reduce the number of direct reports to the CEO/manager, realign departmental responsibilities to other similar areas, position the fair for future financial and organizational growth, and create a basic framework for succession planning. “With the realignment now complete, nearly half of our 75 full-time employees have either acquired a new title, moved to a new office, been given a new job description or have a new reporting structure,” Parsons said in a prepared statement. “I am excited by the tremendous possibilities that the realignment will allow us to explore.”
