Stephen Larson, administrator of the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division, will lead the National Alcohol Beverages Control Association for the coming year. Larson will oversee various missions focused on contemporary issues such as the sale and distribution of alcohol in today’s marketplace, the continued growth of craft producers, and new products like powdered alcohol. Larson, a native of West Burlington, has spent more than 31 years in public service and has led the state’s Alcoholic Beverages Division since 2010.
