Kim Reynolds took early in the pandemic, noting Reynolds has now backed away from measures she once supported. The decision came in the case brought by Kansas City, Kan.-based Riley Drive Entertainment, owners of Tonic Bar in West Des Moines, Saints Pub + Patio in Waukee, and the Beaver Pub and since-shuttered Saints Pub + Patio in Beaverdale, as well as several other bar owners.
