Iowa Tourism Office debuts new ‘Soul of Iowa’ digital content series

A new digital content campaign from the Iowa Tourism Office called “Soul of Iowa” seeks to change the narrative of Iowa being “a flyover state” to being “a flythrough state.” The series of four videos, produced by Rally Studios, highlights destinations and views across Iowa using drone footage and flythroughs, which give the viewer a first person perspective of what the drone sees. “Soul of Iowa is a unique opportunity to see Iowa like never before,” said Amy Zeigler, state tourism manager with the Iowa Tourism Office. “Our culture, adventure, connection – things people can’t experience when they just fly over – are on full display, helping consumers realize they can enjoy Iowa for a few days or settle down for a lifetime.” The videos and other content are available at traveliowa.com/soul.
