Iowa Public Television has proposed a 2018-19 budget that includes four new content positions and $2.2 million over two years for equipment replacement. A presentation by Molly Phillips, executive director and general manager, at the governor’s budget meeting also called for $147,500 to pay for added power needed to return to 24-hour programming.
